" Nine moths ago I started private training with Rob. He was highly recommended by a co worker of mine. Before meeting Rob I had a weight loss of 125 lbs. When I met him I knew he was the one I wanted to help me get to my goal and strength. Three days a week I train with him and love every minute of it! I started out lifting 3 lbs and could only do the liptocal for no more then 30 seconds at the most . Now I am up to 25 lbs and can at a high speed on liptocal for 18 minutes!
